To access our services, you must register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
MakeHitVideo operates on shared or cloud hosting environments. To maintain platform stability, each subscription plan has specific limits on video generation quotas and durations. Misusing system resources, putting excessive load via automated scripts (bots, scrapers, etc.), or creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions is strictly prohibited. Accounts engaging in such activities may be suspended or permanently banned.
Videos are compiled using third-party artificial intelligence models (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) and royalty-free stock footages (Pexels, Pixabay, etc.). MakeHitVideo does not warrant the accuracy of scripts, the copyright status of gathered clips, or subtitle timing. Legal liabilities arising from generating videos with copyrighted search terms or illegal contents rest solely with the user.
Our platform integrates third-party APIs including Microsoft Azure, Siliconflow, OpenAI, Gemini, Pexels, and Pixabay. MakeHitVideo is not liable for service downtimes or policy changes of these third-party providers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Service.
