Distance Sales Agreement

This Agreement governs the relationship between the buyer and the vendor regarding digital subscriptions purchased on the MakeHitVideo platform.

1. Parties

• Vendor: MakeHitVideo Management (Contact: contact@makehitvideo.com)
• Buyer: The user registered and purchasing subscription plans on the MakeHitVideo platform.

2. Subject Matter

The subject of this contract is the digital subscription tier, features, and video quotas selected and paid for by the buyer through the MakeHitVideo pricing page.

3. Terms and Fulfillment

• The buyer acknowledges that they have read and confirmed the pricing, payment methods, and technical limits before completing the transaction.
• Fulfillment occurs automatically: the service is activated on the buyer’s account immediately after payment verification.
• The vendor is responsible for maintaining service availability, excluding outages of third-party networks or force majeure events.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Due to the digital and instant fulfillment nature of the service, the right of withdrawal is not applicable. Cancellation of active plans will prevent renewal for subsequent billing cycles, but does not trigger refunds for the current cycle.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul (Central) Consumer Courts.
