MakeHitVideo subscription plans (Pro, Basic, etc.) comprise digital content immediately rendered in electronic environments. According to the EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 15/1-g of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning digital services or goods instantly delivered in an electronic environment. Once payment is cleared and subscription quotas are allocated to your account, the transaction is final and non-refundable.
Because credits and server tasks are allocated immediately upon subscription, no partial or full refunds are granted. We encourage all users to thoroughly test our pipeline using the Free account tier before upgrading.
You can cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your active quota remains available for consumption until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made to your payment method.
If a systemic failure prevents video generation on our side, any consumed credits will be fully restored to your account balance. Compensation will be provided via quota adjustments rather than cash refunds.
